    As a 3x founder, Ali helps business owners reignite their passion, generate fresh ideas, and build and implement effective strategies so they can build and scale their business. She has over 10 years of experience scaling events by 40%, developing branding + digital marketing campaigns for B2B + B2C companies, creating and scaling vibrant communities, winning over $300K in grant dollars to manage IT training programs, and creating retreat experiences for 7+ Figure CEOs.

    Every brilliant idea “starts with a spark”. Ali is owner of The Spark Co. offering marketing, event consulting and coaching helping women establish their brands, and increase their digital footprint.

    After going through a season of burn-out, she is passionate about helping women thrive in work + in life. She’s developed a 5 pillar framework to help women Take Back Their Sparkle and runs The Sparkle Squad, a weekly virtual prayer and goal setting group for entrepreneurs.

    Executive coach, keynote speaker, mom and PTA President.

    Carrie has been a business owner, entrepreneur, business strategist, brand-builder, marketing connoisseur and consultant and coach over the last two decades. She’s led a collegiate yearbook to six national awards, including the highest honor of "Gold Crown" by the Columbia Scholastic Press. Carrie went on to develop the Liberty University Career Center to offer thriving services both in-person and virtually to residential and online students. She served as part of the Executive Team for a multi-unit Chick-fil-A franchise, winning the "Gold" award for "Best Wait Staff" and "Best Kid Friendly" for 10 consecutive years. Using this expertise, she developed an award-winning Hospitality workshop that has received the Lynchburg Business Magazine's "Best Professional Development Workshop" award numerous times. In 2020, Carrie was honored to be named the Young Athena Award recipient presented by the Central Virginia Business Coalition.

    Carrie is owner of Wright Consulting, helps transform business’ culture and ignite growth through leadership development.

    With over a decade of experience across real estate, beauty, and lifestyle industries, Rachel has led marketing, content, and brand strategy for B2B and B2C clients, including Mary Kay. As the owner of Lakin and Lee Co., she combines meticulous event planning, custom installations, and digital strategy to help clients increase visibility and celebrate milestones. She is passionate about championing others, believing that every accomplishment deserves a meaningful, beautifully executed celebration.
